Tina Rattra having an entrepreneurial streak in her started TTI her 3rd venture in 2017. Her resort property Sadabahar Moments Pvt ltd today has 2 wings- the agro resort property and a trading wing. Tina's 1st venture started from Philanthropy when she established Sadabahar Educational Foundation in 2012. Having spent 21 yrs in the corporate she used the learnings and experience to give back to society and the corporate world through her signature programs and cost effective facility.

She has held key positions in small to large-sized companies prior to graduating into her roles as consultant and facilitator. Her unique perspective comes from working with global companies with varied responsibilities with a mix of industries such as Telecom, IT (B2B and B2C), Sales, Engineering, Hospitality and Medical (hospitals). Tina applies her experience, multiple certifications and education, adult learning and motivation when developing leaders for success in various business arenas, including emotional intelligence, communication, leadership, and relationship management.

Tina has an acumen for understanding and studying Human Behaviour, the Techniques and Experiences of which she uses during her Training Programs.
