MIT World Peace University
Recently, we had the opportunity to join hands with MIT WPU and design an experiential learning program for the 950+ employees across their teaching and non-teaching staff. The program was designed to ignite the spirit of team work, understand organisational challenges and imbibe MIT’s core values. The “Power of 1” event spread across 2 months with 2,04,880+ learning hours at Aamby Valley helped build an experience in itself. Some of the concepts we touched upon were communication, empathy, conflict management, trust, team building and confidence.
SIEMENS
We had the pleasure of collaborating with SIEMENS SMO IT HUB for conducting their 2 day off site program - How's the JOSH?

How’s the Josh? was conducted on 1st and 2nd August with experiential activities that focused on team building , team engagement, enjoying the moment and having fun. It was great to see dedication and commitment from the overall team. Starting day 1 from seeing individuals as part of smaller teams to ending day 2 with enthusiasm and spirit of being ‘One Team’ really was the highlight of the entire event.
Nyati Builders
We conducted a full day workshop for Nyati Builders that focused on creating leadership awareness and building the spirit of team work. The training was designed to help the team understand the concepts by experience.
At the end of the programme participants will be able to:
- Build understanding on the concept of leadership and who is a leader.
- Build understanding on how to work as one Team
- Build an understanding on importance of delegation and follow-up
ECOSAN SERVICES
We partnered with ECOSAN Services to conduct their outbound training program.
The outbound program is aimed at facilitating participants understanding around critical elements of Team Work, Communication, Conflict Management, Inter-dependence and Leadership.

We also focused on conducting activities to help the team understand as a team what is working and not working in for them in terms of processes, systems, behaviour’s and what could be the way forward for the organisation.
